The actual plugin works with Mahara 1.3 and Moodle 1.9.x but not with 2.0. But take the time to well read the doc to not miss important point during set up. You for example must allow some feature on Moodle such as "Outcomes".

The documentation is very straightforwad but if you have any problem, please feel free to just come back here and ask for any help.

As far as I know: Yes. You would need an update to the submission module / another one. But that info is from me looking through the Moodle documentation as the API had not yet worked for me and I did not yet have the time to try it with a fresh Moodle. If you have it working and you can only upload files (which I suspect), the view / page submission must be done separately.
