I have worked in post-16 education for almost 30 years. After spending 8 years as an e-Learning adviser for JISC Regional Support Centre London, I now work as the Senior e-Learning Adviser for the University of London Computer Centre.
My interest is very much in the application of educational technology to teaching and learning processes; how this impacts on pedagogy. I am also interested in organisational processes, seeing e-Learning as a 'cultural' and transformational journey which requires clear management - it doesn't happen by simply installing technology.
