Hi dorris this is the output i get when i run the command 

# nvm current

v19.9.0

also the version of gulp im running: 

# gulp -v

CLI version: 2.3.0
Local version: Unknown

and my version of npm 

# npm -v
9.6.3

             I tried the upgrade again but this time i upgraded node to  v16.20.2 NPM is now at v8.19.4 and i think gulp is at the latest version (4) I still got the errors when i tried to make upgrade attached are the logs from the upgrade and the output from make css again using the new versions. Im at a loss as to why im getting the errors.
