upgrade problem: DHBW-VS Mahara: Site Unavailable Database version of Mahara 21.10.4 (2021080220) is newer than files version 21.04.1 (2021042707). Please make sure you have the correct Mahara files in place.

Dear all, 

I upgraded my mahara system and used the version from the lanchpad Mahara 21.10.4 (2021080220). I applied the fix bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1978300 to the code downloaded form the lanchpad. 

The upgrade process was performed successfully. 

If I click on a page, I get the message: 

"DHBW-VS Mahara: Site Unavailable

Database version of Mahara 21.10.4 (2021080220) is newer than files version 21.04.1 (2021042707). Please make sure you have the correct Mahara files in place."
 
I would be very happy to get an advice how to fix the problem.

We solved the problem by restarting the apache server and php engine. 

service apache2 restart

service php7.4-fpm restart

I suppose the problem was caused by the php-cache.
