Mahara 20.04.1

We have complaints that exports had stopped working. We have it set to process in the background. Indeed cron seems to be throwing errors. 

Any ideas?

I've also got a student who isn't able to export her collection. I tried for her and get the same result. It sticks at 'Writing files'. We are on 21.04.1. I will report to our hosting organisation but thought it was worth adding here too.

From the error report before it looks like the export is failing to find the 'comment.tpl' file for exporting comments.

This file (as seen here https://git.mahara.org/mahara/mahara/-/tree/master/htdocs/theme/raw/plugintype/artefact/comment/blocktype/comment/templates) should exist in the path htdocs/theme/raw/plugintype/artefact/comment/blocktype/comment/templates/

If the file is not there can you try adding it.

If the file does exist there can you let me know what theme you are using?

I can confirm that the file is present and the permissions are ok (the same as everything else)

I've tried it with several different themes and am now back at 'Default'. Changing theme did not make any difference at all.
