When trying to access https : // domain name /admin/users/statistics?type=information&subtype=information
we receive the 3 times the error

'' is not a valid graph type

We still receive also always the same error I that forum when we try to post a proper question and than have to modify it to an inproperone to post it with actually faulty links. - The empty spaces in those links have to be deleted

Mahara 21.04.0

It also says

  • 21.10 is out of support.

Pretty strange actually as 21.10 has not even been released until now

Hi Andi,

The issue with the site saying 21.10 is out of date has been fixed in the 21.04.1 release

As for the graphs saying invalid graph type - that is a bit strange.

Can you check by opening the Network data debug tool (in Firefox CTRL + Shift + E or in Chrome CTRL + Shift + J then click on 'Network' tab) and refresh the page.

You should see some lines with requests to graphdata.php and if you examine them there should be Request / Form Data that mentions type = 'pie' or 'line' or 'doughnut'

These are the types that should be supplied to the backend to generate the graph to display.

So I'd check that those values are being sent correctly

Cheers

Robert
