Hi Joan,

Sorry for the late reply - I've taken a look at this and from the error you pasted it looks like the issue is a user being synced doesn't seem to have an email address to check against - see the line where it mentions get_record() and the third parameter is 'null'

I've made a patch so that it should handle this problem better
