Installation Problem - syntax error in init.php

Hi!

I'm tring to install Mahara 1.1.5 on a shared hosting. I'm stuck - when I run the index.php for the first time the following massaget appear:

"
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '{' in /home/excellen/public_html/ep/mahara/init.php on line 88"

I try to change the Postgre DB  to MySQL (5.0.77) but with no luck.

Any ideas what may cause the problem?

Just find the solution - the PHP5 is required!

Correct Smile 5.1.3 or later IIRC - we might raise that to 5.2 in future as that's what all the cool kids are doing, but for now it's at 5.1.3.
