Hello

In the admin panel, when I search for users, it mostly works.  If I select "who have not logged in since" I get 0 hits, regardless of the date selected.   I am searching 'All institutions', firstname and lastname are set to 'All'.

The options users who have logged in and have never logged in seem to work OK.   Users who have logged in since or have never logged in give 0 hits.

We're on version 19.04.0

Thank you for this report. It is indeed a bug.

I've made a patch to fix this problem - https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/10953/ - and the fix will be in the next releases of Mahara
