Is there some way of populating the accounts of certain users with material (Views/Collections) automatically?

I don't want this for everybody on the site - probably just those in a particular group (perhaps as they are added to the group). This is to avoid having to get loads of students to copy a bunch of pages.

Hi Howard,

Yes there is a way to do this.

Create a group and add the certain people you want to it

Create the pages/collections you want them to get within the group

Then on the share screen for the pages/collections there is an 'Advanced options' section you can expand and in there is an option called "Copy for existing group members"

This should copy the pages/collections to the members
