Hello,

We updated to 19.04 yesterday, and the edit access interface seems to be missing a few key fields.

The advanced options are all there, so is the secret URL, but the SHARED WITH does not allow any new additions, only the deletion or change of the existing "share" condition, regardless of whether it is a page or a collection. This applies to admin, tutors, members of a group, and individuals.

I've attached a screen shot of the "limited" interface since the update.

Any suggestions are welcome,

You might be experiencing this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1835988

Is your Mahara site in a subdirectory of the domain?

If so then does the patch / changes here -> https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/10151/1/htdocs/lib/pieforms/pieform/elements/calendar.php make any difference?

Hi,

I'm coming back to this thread because after installing the patch everything worked fine for a few days and then suddenly stopped again. This time only the already assigned "group" share shows up, with no option to add or modify conditions. I can only change the group. Any further suggestions?

A further update, this only seems to happen with pages where there is an access date specified. The dates cannot be changed nor deleted.

Hi Kalli,

Looking at your screenshot it looks like you are doing dates as DD/MM/YYYY - if that is the case then you will also need to make sure you have the patch https://reviews.mahara.org/#/c/10074/ applied to your site as well.
