Mahara: Invalid Parameter

I'm trying to connect Moodle to Mahara
i get this message:
Mahara: Invalid Parameter
A required parameter is missing or malformed
.... We don't have a record for any host at
moodle version is 1.9.5
mahara version 1.1.5
i did all what written in pdf file that was recomended step by step
(mahoodle.pdf)
but i still get this message!
i followed all the discussion over this in all the forums and nothing is working for me!
any body can help me?

this threat describes the same problem that you mention, although for an older version of Mahara.

In that case, both Mahara and Moodle are running on the same apache server, with the same IP address (I don't know if this is also your case) . The problem lay in the values set up for the wwwroot, so check those values, or try to replace them by the IP addresses directly. Furthermore, check the values of the wwwroot in the tables mdl_mnet_host (moodle) and host (mahara) just in case they may have different IP addresses.
