For example, if I use the .po file downloaded from launchpad and I update it, how I send it and how I have the file for my web space?

Hi Fiorentino,

We use Launchpad for all things translation so that you can either upload the strings there or translate them directly online:

https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-lang/

You would need to create an account on Launchpad in order to add your translations via the interface or upload translations and also join the Mahara translation group which owns the Italian translation pack:
https://translations.launchpad.net/+groups/mahara-translation-group

In case you already have the .po file with the translations you made, it can be uploaded to Launchpad, go to the translation page for Italian langpack:
https://translations.launchpad.net/mahara-lang/trunk/+pots/mahara/it/+translate

and when you are logged in, you'll be able to see a the "Upload Translation" link where you can upload the .po file. Once this file is in launchpad, it needs to be approved by one of the admins and after this give 24hs for the scripts to run and update the langpacks in langpacks.mahara.org where your translation will be available to use.

Great! It's absolutely clear! The new version of Mahara is very strong! I hope it will useful for my new project! So the opportuniy will great for an updated italian translation!!!
