Hi,

We've just upgraded from 15.04 to 17.04.2 and we have a Mahoodle institution (along with Internal) on the previous site.  After upgrade, I'm unable to add a new institution - the "Add institution" button results in the following error:

Mahara: Site unavailable

A nonrecoverable error occurred. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system

Is there a maximum number of institutions allowed perhaps?  Please help.
