Hi,

I cannot get Youtube video to appear for users, only I can view the video http://mahara.moodle4teachers.org/admin/site/pages.php How can I enable videos to be viewed by other users on the static pages?

Hi Nellie,

How have you added the YouTube video to the page? Is it via embedded code fetching the video from YouTube, eg

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/cXPGwr_tgso" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Or via another means?

The embedded code for a YouTube video looks to work for me as I can see that as both my user and as another user.

If the video is one saved locally in Mahara then the file will need to live in the Public directory on the Administration -> Configure site -> Files page
