Hi,

I have recently installed a new Mahara environment for a course I give at my university. I have never had problems before setting up other languages but with the new version 15.10 the language pack added in the data root folder of langpacks is not being detected by the environment within Site options. I have placed the panish package for the 15.10 version es.utf8 but still the Mahara environment does not seem to detect it.

I think that the permissions are well set, owner user and group www-data and 777 for all the data folder.

Do you know what could be the problem?

Hi Victoria,

I have no problem of install a new language for mahara 15.10.

Can you please check the permission of the folder es.utf8 in the langpacks? This must be readable by user www-data.
