See as from the previous threads i tried with SMTP, so when ever I put that smtp settings in config.php, after the registration I get an error like   "Sorry, your registration attempt was unsuccessful. This is our fault, not yours. Please try again later."  ... I tried adding a reply adress and I got mail delivery failed......the error probably was   

   Mail sent by user nobody being discarded due to sender restrictions in WHM->Tweak Settings

 

please some one could help me out to get this problem solved. If it has to be done some thing with cron , how could I enable this cron in my system.

Hi - that looks like the host you're on isn't allowing you to send e-mail. Are you on shared hosting? They normally provide some kind of documentation that tells you if you're allowed to send e-mail, and if so, what settings you need.
