Upgrading 1.1.2 -> 1.1.3 ### Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line 0 ###

Just tried to upgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.1.3.
After visiting "/admin/upgrade.php" the following error msg. was shown:
"Fatal error: Exception thrown without a stack frame in Unknown on line 0"
I found several postings in the forum concerning this error however no solution!
Could any one help me pls.
Many thanks in advance.

PS: As recommended I am using Postgres DB.

I got it.
I missed to upload the "default" theme folder, which seems to be important for displaying the upgrade process.

Indeed, the default theme is crucially important for the site to function
. This is because people's custom themes don't often test the upgrader so we switch to the default in case they broke it.3 results
