Networking error Mahara 1.9

Hi,
I recently upgraded from 1.8.1 to 1.9.1. I am not sure the upgrade went as smooth as it should have as I am now getting the following errors on my 'Networking' page. I am unable to delete the key (when I press the delete button the page hangs at 'loading'

My version of Moodle (2.6.3+) has had Networking enabled and working flawlessly for over a year.
Can anyone offer any advice? Many thanks
