Hi guys,

I have installed Mahara on the server of our provider automatically. Now I am trying to install the dutch language pack. The only subdirectory I can find, and has something to do with languages,  is the "lang" subdir. I've added a subdir from the maharasite, called nl.utf8.

Restart and hoping for a pop-down with language option or close to the settings, nothing, no language options.....

Nothing happens!!! I stays all in english.

Which part of the installation did I miss?

With regards,

Twan

Hi Twan;

According to the install language pack https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/System_Administrator%27s_Guide/Next_Steps#Install_a_Language_Pack, you should find the subdirectory 'langpacks' in your dataroot directory. After unpack your language tar file (http://langpacks.mahara.org/nl-master.tar.gz), please make sure this directory (nl.utf8) is accessible by web server.

Cheers,

Son Nguyen
