Is there any way for an admin to send a mass message to all email accounts associated with users in mahara? any information on this would be a great help. Thanks guys

Hi Luke,

greetings from Germany ;-)

There is no way to send mass messages to all users.

A workaround is to create a group in which all users during registration are auto added. E.G"Mahara Community" group here @ mahara.org

You can post messages in the associated forum so that users receive a mail if new forum postings are published.

Right so I'm going to have to send everyone on there an individual email. lol i guess im getting paid so its ok

If you knew a little bit of php, you could save yourself some effort and write a little page that would allow you to do it . Otherwise, Heinz' idea will work.

PHP I know nothing about :P The issue I have is all the accounts that are already created. 100 or so. Where there is a will there is a way though. I'm just going to have to send everyone an email. They are all in my global list anyway so it couldnt be that difficult.
