Hi

I've set the Participation Report option on some groups and it works on some but not on others.  I get:

Page not found

You tried to access a page that does not exist.
Page with id 141 not found.

I've checked the other settings but it seems to work on groups which are identical to those where it doesn't work - I can't find any consistency.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Marion

Hi Marion,

I'm the one who implemented this feature, but I've not been made aware of this happening before.

Can you tell me how many pages the group has made and, how many are shared with it, etc?

Are you able to the page at <your url>/view/view.php?id=141 ?

Thanks,
Melissa.

Hi Melissa

I can't view the page by entering the URL.

This problem doesn't happen all the time but I just haven't been able to pinpoint the conditions for it.  In my own group, we just have 2 pages and about 6 members in the group, no collections, no files and one page which has been shared with the group.

Regards

Marion

Hi Marion,

Ok so you cannot view page 141. Is that page made by or shared with the group?

Thanks,
Melissa

I assumed 141 is the page with the participation report? When I click on the report tab, this error message is all I see. Do you think 141 might be a different page which is part of the report? I don't recall that any pages were deleted but it's possible.

Hi Marion,

Yes, that's what I'm suspecting. The reports page isn't a portfolio page, which is the way this error is describing.

Can you run the following on your database:

select * from view where id = 141;

Does this show any rows?

Thanks,
Melissa

Hi Melissa, sorry for the delay in responding.

We have a hosted Mahara instance and our host has run this query for me, with the following result:

"141";"Forum";;NULL;NULL;"2";NULL;NULL;NULL;"2012-02-08 16:20:17";"2012-02-08 16:23:01";"2012-02-08 16:23:01";NULL;NULL;NULL;"3";NULL;NULL;"0";"0";"portfolio";"0";"1";"0";"3a89ee48ed";"0";"0";NULL
