Hi,

We've started having meetings about a usability sprint for Mahara in 2009, after the 1.2 release. There are notes on the wiki, which we will keep updated as things progress.

Please feel free to read the notes, and contribute your feedback also (through this thread would be nice). Note that we are looking first and foremost to solve conceptual issues around Mahara's design and workflows. This means that some areas that are not as usable as they could be will not be touched by this work. But at the same time, we will be looking to reduce some pain points too, where we can.
