mahara performance problems
27 November 2012, 8:49
Dear Community
I have problems with the performance our mahara (1.6.1) web server.
For example: When 14 users login on the same time the two 4 core cpu usage 100% for few of minutes. It’s impossible to work with mahara. The CPU-Load blocks the SSH-Daemon. Also the access on the system-console is very slow. So the only thing I can do is to restart the webserver. This problem I have after the upgrade (Summer 2012) from 1.4.0 to 1.5.1 and in the version 1.6.1 the failure still exists.
Our teachers and studies can’t work with mahara. I must restart the webserver daily.
I don’t know what’s wrong or where the bottleneck is. Does anybody knows what’s special on the login?
Thanks for your support.
If you know more information’s, so let me know.
