Two new high importance security releases of Mahara are now available: 1.5.7 and 1.6.2. Administrators of all Mahara sites are encouraged to upgrade. The vulnerability disclosure is found in the following post to the security forum:

Both updates also includes a few important bug fixes. You can find the full list of changes and download links from these pages:

We would also like to remind site administrators that Mahara 1.4 is no longer supported and that the Mahara project currently only offers security support for the Mahara 1.5 and 1.6 series.
