We need to know:

• What version you are upgrading from (or if it's a new install)
• What version you are upgrading to (or installing)
• Any plugins or customisations you have

But meanwhile, it looks like you have permissions problems with the files on the server and are using shared cpanel hosting. If that is the case, then the tutorial at http://mygreatlearningsite.com may be of use to you.

I can't suggest anything other than that.  Please open a new thread if you need to continue asking for help.

I'd be happy to put this in to the review system and have it checked out.

I've looked at the contributing code page and I'm struggling a bit with the setting up of git (I think it's my ssh keys stopping me accessing the gitorious site) and can't get the mahara git cloned.

Who is the best person for me to hassle speak to?
