For one user, when I try to go to her Profile page from her name which appears as a link from various places in the system, I get this message:

Career Portfolio Manitoba: Site unavailable

A nonrecoverable error occured. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system

This isn't very helpful. I'm assuming there is a database fix that must be made, but how can I diagnose it?

This is the only user that has this problem. On the plus side, I am able to get to her Settings pages using the Admin User search function.

Don,

Is this user using a plugin you deleted from your installation? Because this is one cause of this message to be displayed.

I can't tell - I can't get at the Profile page, even if I'm logged in as her.

The errors causing that would appear in the apache error logs.
