How do I set the Admin user password?

I installed Mahara but cannot see how to create an Admin user. I thought it might apply admin rights to the first registered user (drupal style). The README in the zip file is very brief and the links are dead.

I found it, but had to query MySQL to get it!

Hi - The first created user is a site administrator. You can also assign more administrators from the 'Site Admins' screen.

 The links should be mostly fixed now.
