Hi

I know Windows isn't the recognised platform for this, but any ideas?

I successfully installed on a Windows 7 Machine with IIS 7.5 and got it to work. Now I've moved onto the server Windows 2008 R2. I'm trying to install version 1.5.2 (On the Windows 7 I installed the 1.5.1 and upgraded to 1.5.2)

It seemed to install fine, but when I went to access the site it comes up with 'your defined data root directory c:/data/data is not writeable'.

As far as I can tell it is writeable. The web user IIS_IUSRS has the usual read / write etc that you would put on any website data section. (This is on my Moodle server so it has exactly the same permissions as the Moodle data folder). I've even tried upping the permissions on this particular user just to get it going and it still says the same. It is almost as if it is using a diffenet account, but if it is I have no idea what. Any ideas of what to try or where to look for an error log would be great.

Thanks

Heather
