From the Mahara group discussion emails that get sent out, I am getting malformed links that don't work from the email.  A look at the email source code reveals some weird characters in the URLs.  

Any idea what would cause this to happen?  

I am using Mahara 1.5.1with Moodle 2.2.3

Server is Ubuntu.

Here is the email source.  Notice the "=" sign in weird places.
