Hi, Please can you advise if it is possible to prevent students from editing their email address?
Using the LDAP plugin we are automically populating student email addresses from AD, however some students are subsequently replacing their school email address to gmail, hotmail etc which our internal mailserver will not relay. Any help appreciated. Regards, Kevin

You can set the email address as a locked field in your institution settings.  I've just tried this, and it will stop users from changing the email address.

However, unlike with other fields, the email address part of the form is not disabled correctly when locked, so users can still try to add new addresses without receiving a useful error message.

Hi Richard, Thanks for this. With our Site It does actually allow the students to change their email address even when set to locked. Hopefully this can be resolved with the bug below.
