Upgrading to 1.4.1 from 1.2.4

Our current Mahara system is 1.2.4. We are planning to upgrade it to the latest version1.4.1. Is it going to be ok?

I haven't tested that exact path myself, but I don't know of a reason why it would fail. We still (in theory) support upgrades form 1.0. Though I would not recommend that :)
The standard disclaimer applies though: make sure you take a full backup of your site and try the upgrade on a backup copy of it. Then when you're ready to move, shut down your site, take a backup of it, upgrade, test everything thoroughly.

We have tested the upgrade from 1.2.9 to 1.4.1 on DEV and TEST sysem. This went smoothly but took long time as there were so many changes on databse side.
