Someone asked me to take a look at Mahara.

I downloaded the version 1.4 zip file and I proceeded to open the first file with Notepad.

I like to use Windows and Linux machines interchangeably.  So here is my question.

Is there a zip version prepared for a Notepad user?  It needs to have "crlf" or in the Linux world "\r\n".

It would not hurt to just include the carriage-return line-feed in all the versions.  Disk space is cheap these days.  You have to accept the fact that people use Notepad and Microsoft will never change.

It opens fine in WordPad so this issue is not a show-stopper.
