networking feature is not working

Hi!
My server is running with php5 included the openssl-features: http://de2.webhost.at/info.php
OpenSSL support enabled
OpenSSL Version OpenSSL 0.9.8c 05 Sep 2006
But networking function is not working?
Could you please tell me, what could be wrong?

Hi - that's no where near enough information to work out what might be wrong 
Have you read the Mahoodle guide? It's a great introduction to how the networking works and how to set it up. Do a google search for it, it's the first result.

Hi Nigel! Ok, thanks for your info. At the moment I don't need the moodle e-learing-app, so I don't have to activate the networking-feature.3 results
