Fatal error when jumping from Moodle to Mahara with link

I'm receiving a Fatal Error message when I click on the link within Moodle to jump to Mahara.

I've set up the keys and netwworking in both my Moodle and Mahara installations. However there seems to be a problem with this error.

Strangely when thereafter I look at the Admin and Users of Mahara afterwards it shows that my user has joined Mahara...

Any ideas? Here's the Fatal Error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 66156 bytes) in /home6/newscho1/public_html/mahara/lib/user.php on line 375

It is being suggested that this might be Request Filtering in IIS 7 (mod_security in Apache). If it is anybody got a clue what I need to be allowing in the Request Filter?
