Hi Issac,

If you could try clearing the database and re-installing that would be really useful. When I say that there may be an issue with your database, I mean that there may have been some issue during the installation of your database which has caused some kind of issue. It's unusual, but I have seen it happen  - particularly when using MySQL databases.

If you can turn of magic quotes that would also be beneficial. I doubt that this is the cause of the problem, but it could be.

Did you manage to find out what's in your dataroot directory?

I reinstalled db. I am facing the same issue. Let me try with another service provider.
