Hi All,

I just upgrade Mahara 1.3.4 to 1.4. The migration process was running well. But now I have 1 problem. I can't access the Mahara Site Admin. I keep giving me an error 500.

I can login, and do other normal stuff as if I a normal user. But as an Admin, I can't enter to Site Admin link.

I already tried to delete .htaccess file, but no luck.

Any idea how to fix it?

Thanks

Hi Pungki,

Do you have access to the error logs for your web server? These are typically found in /var/log/apache2/error.log or /var/log/httpd/error.log.

These should give you some idea as to the cause of your issue.

Yes. I do have access to Apache logs. Anyway, I just realized that Apache is stop logging anymore. The Apache service is running well.

I'll check it first.

Thanks for the idea :)

Hi all, The problem is Solved !

It cause by the backup of my learning plugin. At that time, I want to install MyLearning plugin for Mahara 1.4. Then I copy the previos learning plugin folder into learning_backup_live. I put the backup still in the artefact folder.

So, Apache log said : log warn : learning_backup_live is not installable. So I move the learning_backup_live folder, out of artefact folder. And now I can access the Mahara Site Admin again.

Thanks Andrew Nicols for the hint :)
