Your work is great!
My idea builds up on your idea, which is being able to export a view to a PDF. It is to export the BIOGRAPHY as Word-Document, or PDF. In Switzerland we use a Curriculum Vitae with all personal information to apply for a job. Since Mahara gives you the opportunity to keep all your personal information up do date in your profile and your biography, it would be very nice to use those entries for a printable document.

How difficult would this feature be to implement?

It is possible to export your biography, stored in Mahara, to Europass (PDF, Word, OpenDocument)

Gruezzi Olivier,

Exporting all or part of the portfolio in PDF/word is a feature that should be enbeded into Mahara 1.5, reading the road map for next Mahara versions.

Just a quick word of caution: we haven't really updated the roadmap yet, so you should take it with a grain of salt.

If you want to see the things that will be in 1.5 for sure, you can however take a look at the bugs / features that have been comitted already:
