Another User now gets the "Site Unavailable" error

I now have another user getting "A nonrecoverable error occured. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system"
The user was able to log in yesterday but today not.
The error logs don't appear to real anything.
I am really desparate as we have just introduced our build to the whole school and I need to know how to fix this sort of error.

So we found some errors
This error was happening before we changed the port so that has nothing to do with it.

Finally worked it out. The e-mail was not being pulled from LDAP and it was blank in the LDAP's e-mail field.
Took a while but came right :-)
