Problem with folder block

Hi Our students are sharing views with mentors containing files within folder blocks. We are finding that the mentors receive error messages when they try to open the files that are in the folders. The files open ok whe they are added to views through the files block. Does anyone have an answer to this prob?

Hi Louise,

You should first check that your site's cron is running correctly, because that will sometimes cause these errors.

There was also a bug pre-1.3.4 that caused this cron job to run out of memory, even if it was running correctly.
