We have one user that returns the following error when they log in.

College ePortfolios: Site unavailable

A nonrecoverable error occured. This probably means you have encountered a bug in the system

We have deleted the user but it makes no difference. Onces he has logged on and the account has been created, if he logs off again it gives the same error when he comes back.

We are using LDAP integration.

The account was working well and was a system admin user too but then just stopped.

I have seen this problem before in 1.3.3 when somehow a user ended up with two profile views.

Hi, at least I'm not the Lone Ranger :-)

Any ideas as to how I fix this?

Check if this user has the same issue I encountered (two profile views and two dashboard views). If this is the problem, let me know and I'll tell you how I resolved it.

Hi, sorry this is probably a silly question... but where do I see this?

As an administrator, find the user in "User Search" then "Login as" that user. As the user, go to "My Portfolio >  My Views" and see what's there.

Have you checked your error logs for potential clues?
