Hi Conrad,

Can you check that your profile has an email address listed under the contact information tab?

If there is no email address, can you tell us how your account was created?

Thanks,
Melissa

Hi Melissa,

my email address is listed in my contact information. Normally that works fine, but sometimes - out of the off - an error message is generated - although the messeages are posted successfully.

Thanks and Regards
Conrad

Hi Richard,

May be, that the bug may be caused by default, cron_site_data_daily() starts at 23:51.  I'd like to try to set the time to 23:30. Where do I have to change this?

A notice: It happens, that after I deleted the corn_site_data_daily() in config.php the Daily User Statics loose days. E.g. the 29th of January follows to 27th. This caused my presupposition that the bug may be caused by 23:51.

Thanks, Conrad

You can change the time in the 'cron' database table, just change the 'minute' column for the cron_site_data_daily row. I don't think it will fix your MySQL timeout error (the one with error code 2006 in your log), that may be something that only your provider can fix in the MySQL settings.
