I hope I haven't missed a post but I can't find reference to this. Is there a way to have collections in a group using group views (other than sharing a link to a personal collection). We have noticed a large increase in group activity and users are starting to push the boundaries pretty hard which is great.

I second this! We're doing nav blocks manually at the moment in our groups.

It would be great  to have a brainstorming look at groups...is this already somewhere? Ideas could be developed and validated which could lead to improvement projects for one or more of the ideas.

For example, I would advocate for the ability to limit editing of a group view (e.g. author only, named users, group, logged in users, public...pretty much the way access works now)

And what about group blogs?

And a shared calendar?
