mahara artefact table ctime  mtime  atime

mtime and atime of the records of what is meant by the time

I believe it goes like this:

ctime = artefact creation time (when artefact was created)
mtime = artefact modified time (time of modification of row in the database table)
atime = artefact access time (when the artefact was accessed)
