I can clone a gti for adminlang? Is there any changes there or?

You may clone that repo, though it is branched from 1.2 which means it is outdated.

I have updated David Mudrack's adminlang tool with Mahara 1.3 stable branch. The manual has been updated accordingly: http://wiki.mahara.org/Developer_Area/Language_Packs/GUI_Translation_Interface
