Hi,

I'm preparing an update from 1.2.5 to 1.3.3 and I just can't find the answer to this question:

Where is the "Search Plugin" Option that used to be in the Site Options?

I simply can't find it anymore in Mahara 1.3.3.

If it is gone, where can I choose the search plugin?

Mmmh, I found the code for the search plugin setting commented in

admin/site/options.php (lines 164...)

Is there a reason why this is commented in the stock mahara 1.3.3. package?

Sorry about that.  I commented it out when I discovered that the solr plugin was broken, but I really should have left the setting in there and just removed or disabled the solr plugin.

Filed at https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/702678 - we'll fix it before the next release.
