Hi,

I just installed Mahara on my server and I now want to add to my portfolio. I'm wondering what the best practice is. Should I create another user for the portfolio me, or just keep using the admin account for my own portfolio.

I would add a second user account for your portfolio, and leave the admin account for administrative purposes only.

Do you know if there is a way to transfer data from 1 user to another?

You could export your exiting user portfolio in Leap2A format and then create a second user importing the Leap2A data in the process.
