My first question is - what is the purpose of institutions? Is it not to be able to seperate into large groups? I am currently under the impression that we could assign, for example, high school kids to one institution and jr. high to another institution and that they couldn't see anything going on within those institutions except for the one they are assigned to. 

My second question - I have created an institution and now I cannot delete, suspend, or assign people to that institution. I'd like it to go away. How do I do that???
