hi everyone!

What's the objective of submitting every view for assessment?

 Is it aimed at students before going public with their view? How do you use it? What are the possibilities? I don't quite see how to use it with my fellow teachers... We are using Mahara for corporate training.

Hi Sonia,

 there is indeed no point of using this feature for your corporate training unless there is someone who has to grade the views! 

You can use this feature in class for portfolios you want to grade at the end or in the middle of a process when you want to set a deadline. If a student has to submit a view for assessment at a specific date, he cannot edit that view before the teacher doesn't release it again.
