(I don't appear to have privileges to edit the table in the wiki.  Is using this forum an OK place to make a request like that someone else edit it, or is there a better procedure I should be following?  Perhaps I need to RTFM, if someone could point me to TFM?)

I just checked in a 1.3.x branch for my language pack.  Will the link show up in the table at http://wiki.mahara.org/Download_Mahara automagically or does someone have to do something?  

Also, the table appears to be misformatted in my row.  The support group column contains a link to the Master branch on gitorious and the master branch column is empty.

Unfortunately there is no FM.  I've updated the wiki for you, but also moved the language pack table to a separate page and given you (and others) edit permissions there.

I also changed most of the tarball links to point at http://langpacks.dev.mahara.org where the processed langpacks are sitting now.  This should give us more confidence that people aren't installing dodgy language packs and also stop the annoying message on gitorious saying "tarball being generated, please try again later".
